Finally, four years after joining YiJia, I’m advanced to Crown Ambassador! This’s the recognition of not only myself but also my team and our hard work.

As someone who has been working in the beauty industry for years, my career has been through many ups and downs. I believe that many share some similar stories as mine. But, after joining YiJia, I realized that it’s not just about making profits; rather, it’s about sharing. Sharing is the essence of YiJia’s culture and the key to running a successful business.

I owe much of my success to my teammates and partners, without their help and support, I wouldn’t have made such a great accomplishment. Looking back, I see many beautiful and moving moments that have bonded us together at YiJia. These are the moments that have changed our values towards our life and careers; these are the moments that have helped us improve ourselves. The reward that my team and I have received from YiJia isn’t just my rank as Crown Ambassador; it’s also the life experiences that have changed and will continue to change our world view and understanding of life.

I want to thank those who have been with me since the beginning of my career at YiJia. Despite obstacles, we have pulled through and built an excellent team of which I’m so proud. Moreover, I want to express my gratitude towards my teammates; it’s because of your loyalty, dedication, passion and commitment that have allowed our team to thrive. Of course, our growth wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the executives at YiJia as well as the unique training and coaching programs they’ve provided. Thank you for demonstrating the importance of perseverance and humility in achieving success at YiJia and in life!
