Congratulations! Team leader Joan Li from YiJia US has been officially advanced to Crown Ambassador!

Four years after joining YiJia, she’s now advanced to Crown Ambassador! She believes this’s the recognition of not only herself but also her team and their hard work.

As someone who has been working in the beauty industry for years, Joan’s career has been through many ups and downs. She believes that many share similar stories as hers. But, after joining YiJia, she realized that it’s not just about making profits; rather, it’s about sharing. Sharing is the essence of YiJia’s culture and the key to running a successful business.

Joan says that she owes much of her success to her teammates and partners; without their help and support, she wouldn’t have made such a great accomplishment. Looking back, she sees many beautiful and moving moments that have bonded them together at YiJia. The team leader believes that these are the moments that have changed their values towards our life and careers; these are the moments that have helped them improve themselves. She thinks that the reward that her team and she have received from YiJia isn’t just her rank as Crown Ambassador; it’s also the life experiences that have changed and will continue to change their world view and understanding of life.

Joan wants to thank those who have been with her since the beginning of her career at YiJia. Despite obstacles, they have pulled through and built an excellent team of which she’s so proud. Moreover, the Crown Amabssador wants to express her gratitude towards her teammates. She believes that it’s because of their loyalty, dedication, passion, and commitment that have allowed her team to thrive. She thinks that their growth wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the executives at YiJia as well as the unique training and coaching programs they’ve provided. She wants to thank them for demonstrating the importance of perseverance and humility in achieving success at YiJia and in life.
